Unless an unforeseen circumstance or illness occurs, your child should attend all performances.  With so few group members, there may not be anyone to cover your child's part if he or she is not present.

The Coalition for Courage is a non-profit organization that supports orphans in Zimbabwe, Africa.  They help to feed, clothe and educate these children, and many have gone on to attend prestigious colleges around the world.

On 2/5/20 the Ngoma Dzakanaka Marimba Bands of Medfield and the Tungurura Marimba Ensembles from Sharon held a benefit concert to support this worthwhile organization.  The performance was held at Heights Elementary School in Sharon, MA.  The two groups played one hour of marimba music.  The concert raised $645, and it was enjoyed by all who attended.
